Product Name: External Liquid Epoxy Coating Pipe

This external liquid epoxy coating pipe uses a two-part liquid epoxy paint system applied in a single coat in anticorrosion protection for steel pipes. The first process the pipes go through are cleaned & blasted. Then liquid epoxy is applied to the pipe surface by spray guns, forming a uniform single layer epoxy which cure after application.

Standard: AWWA C210-2007
Steel Grade: Q235B, Q345B, Q345C, GR.B, X42-X80, S235JR, S235JO, S335JR, S355J2. ect.
Size Range: 60.3mm-2540mm for external coating, 219.1mm-2540mm for internal coating.                   Thinkness: 5mm-30mm

Product Features
Liquid external epoxy coatings provide corrosion protection for steel pipeline, fittings and other equipment. They are usually be used in above ground pipeline.
